Yes, your conversation is confidential, but we do monitor it with security protocols for safety.  We take privacy very seriously. However, if there is a concern about your safety or the safety of others, we may need to take appropriate action.

While we don’t offer the ability to choose a specific Mom or Dad, we match you with a volunteer based on availability. All of our Moms and Dads are trained and ready to provide the support you need and if you do not like your current volunteer you can hang up and call right back to get a new one. 

How long can I talk to a Mom or Dad?

There’s no strict time limit on calls, but most conversations typically last around 20-30 minutes. We want to make sure you have enough time to share and feel supported.

How often can I call?

You’re welcome to call whenever you need support. There are no limits on how often you can reach out.

Is this service available 24/7?

Yes, this service is available 24/7. However, there may be times when there are more callers than volunteers, you can leave a message if you want to be called back, or try again.

How do I get started?
